This afternoon workshop will show you how to generate great leads over the phone with ease and will cure any feeling of “phone phobia”. Ideal for smaller businesses or those with a tight budget, these open workshops allow you to share the cost of the session with other businesses. If you have a small group of 1-5 people that need a little help improving their performance on the phone, then these are for you.

About the trainer Anthony Stears:- Often described as a “Telephone Assassin” much of Anthony’s work is initiated over the phone and after years perfecting how to approach and attract new potential customers and companies that might form a strategic alliance, he ran out of time to do it all himself and begun teaching his clients to do it for themselves. Events Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received 4 working days before the event, a credit note for the full amount will be issued. Less than 4 days before the events, fees are non- refundable. All cancellations, transfers, company and delegate name changes must be in writing to the events team at Woking office.

If paying online VAT at 20% will be added before the payment is taken. A VAT invoice will be issued.
